
My foray into Dubai’s real estate market was a natural evolution of my career in marketing, sales, and technology. Having worked in advertising for years, I gained deep insights into the real estate industry across the region — collaborating with leading developers and brokerage firms in India, Oman, and Dubai.
During this phase of working with marketing agencies, I had the opportunity to work on and manage campaigns for renowned names such as haus & haus, Metropolitan Premium Properties, and several other established players. I also worked with Majid Al Futtaim’s Al Mouj Muscat in Oman, driving their digital presence, performance campaigns, and roadshows across various countries. This experience provided a strong foundation in understanding the market from both marketing and operational perspectives.
I later transitioned to the brokerage side, leading marketing and operations at 3S Real Estate Brokers. During this tenure, we consistently ranked among the top-performing brokerages — securing the top position in Emaar and earning a place in Nakheel’s prestigious Diamond Club.
In early 2024, I took on the role of Sales Head at MSK Real Estate. Here too, we secured Nakheel’s Diamond Club Award, and just before my formal exit, the team also achieved a top performance award from Majid Al Futtaim. Though I’ve moved on operationally, I remain closely connected with MSK as a business associate and friend.
Currently, through my company IFA Digital, I lead marketing strategy for various real estate brokerages while consulting boutique developers on go-to-market strategy, marketing, and broker relations.
